M y name is Greg Macer and I aim to showcase my professional identity as well as my Nursing Philosophy of Nursing. I also evidence my clinical practice and experiences with nursing theory. It is intended to construct a depth of evidence to promote and confirm my skills, knowledge, attitudes, values, achievements, accountability and autonomy.
Evidences will also be provided of core concepts and competencies stipulated by national standards and my personal abilities to set and monitor goals, plan CPD activities, manage learning projects, access learning resources, document outcomes and to facilitate personal development and planning.
